This experimental map combines the public RainViewer radar composite for India with time-matched strokes from the Indian Lightning Detection Network.

Radar cleaning

Persistent radial spokes are inpainted; clearly corrupt block frames are reconstructed from clean time neighbours

Radar and lightning can be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. Automated quality control may miss artefacts or alter genuine echo; untouched radar frames remain in the private archive. Do not use this service for safety-critical decisions.
